Bond Money Deducted from my salary when I met bond terms

25-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
The employer has deducted bond money from my salary. I am a software developer. They can't deduct the money as I have met the terms of the bond. They have not provided me training. I have asked them by email to provide me photocopy of the bond and they have replied to my email stating they cannot give me the copy of the bond. They only say that I have signed the bond so I have to pay. I have asked them multiple times to tell me the reason by email. But they either do not reply or give nonsense replies. What should I do?

If you have completed the bond period then the company is not entitled to deduct it. Are you still working with the company or not? At the time of joining did you sign and bond papers and did you go through the terms and conditions while signing it. The legal course what can you can do is to send them a legal notice initially and if they do not reply to your notice then you may file a civil case against them for recovery of money from them.
