Been 6 months but still company has not done full and final settlement

The company asked to check for FnF settlement post 90 days of leaving the job. its been 6 months and it has not been settled yet. There is no revert on my email requests except that it is under processing without any ETA.
We suggest that you send a legal notice through a lawyer thereby asking them to pay you full and final settlement or else you shall be contrained to take legal action. If they fail to respond then you can file suit for recovery
