HAVING SAID THAT, IN CASE IT IS MENTIONED IN THE NOTIFICATION REGARDING INTERVIEW AND IN CASE YOU HAVE CLEARED THE WRITTEN TEST (NOT MENTIONED IN QUERY IF U HAVE CLEARED THE WRITTEN TEST) THEN YOU CAN REPRESENT TO THE AUTHORITIES.

First make representation by writing. There after go for writ in High court. Certainly you will succeed. But since how long interview is not conducting. I am sure that only your interview is not taken or for all students?

If Interview is a mandatory provision in the selection process and if it is explicitly mentioned in the Notification then they are bound to conduct an interview. But since the process is yet to be finished and you may get selected even without interview you are not in a right position to challenge it at this juncture. However you may write a detailed representation letter to the authorities that it is not good on their part to complete the selection process without interview since it it violates their own Notification and keep a copy of this representation. It may be required at later part if you prefer a litigation and courts may ask whether have u written about your grievance then. So let the process be complete and let us see you are getting selected and then lets challenge them. Good luck.
