Appointment under7(3) 2015Grampanchayat adhikari recruitment

16-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
UPSSSC conduct exam for Gram Panchayt adhikari exam in 2016 and i scored 73/90 in written and 15/20 in interview total marks were 88/110 . final cutoff was 88 under general categaory but they didnt select me . In advertisemnt UPSSSC said that basis of selection will be interview but they gave appointment to the person who scored 10 mrks in interview and 78 marks in written . My question is if UPSSSC advertised that basis of selction is Interview and screen test is just to make merit for Interview call then is it lawfull to give preference on marks obtain in written altough they ave stated in advertisement that basis of selection will be interview .

Hi, This is very unfortunate to you that even you have got the minium cut of marks i.e. 88 marks yet could not been selected by the UPSSSC. This is very unlawful act of the authority that they have not selected you. You can challenge this in the Allahabad High Court in a Civil Misc. Writ Petition praying that your grievance should be heard by the authority and you should be selected by the authority.
Thanks.
Warm Regards.

Dear Client,
The query posted by you clearly states that the selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in his interview as advertised by UPSSSC and furthermore as stated by you your marks in the interview was higher than the last selected candidate which will be the criteria for the said selection.
Your case itself has merit as long as, what you have stated is correct.
A writ petition will be filed in the court and on the merit you will get what you prayed for. For further details of the case, it is necessary to examine all the papers which you have for this concerned matter, so as to provide you with the best legal advice. Feel Free to contact.
Regards,
Tushar Bahadur,
(Advocate).
