applied for resignation from state government but not accepting

I was working in state government institute later i applied for a job in central institute . i requested and later on obtained NOC from state government. after i got selected for the job in central institute applied for resignation from state government. then i joined central government job. but till now they have not accepted my resignation letter and sending queries for same.i have no bond as such for the previous job. and sent the resignation via proper channel only.what can be done to obtain relieving certificate?
If you've followed all the relevant norms while switching your job from State to Central Government service, they cannot withhold your relieving. However, if you're still be harassed and discriminated in the matter, approach the High Court.
