Applied for Govt. Job but case pending in court

sir I got a govt. Job recently. But i have a case pending in court.please advice me what i do? And which case are bar for govt. Job. May be any problem in my job at time of pvr.plz tell me sir immediately.
MY OPINION THAT any case against you which any statutory steps against you for any wrong doing by you,if any non bailable sections are involved & any investigation cause or clauses are involved against you,then you have barred by any Govt. job, if not there is no problem to avail the Govt. job,you please so me the case details, then i clearly decide.
