What is the remedy availabe if the applicant is receiving higher salary than their senior inn the same field of work and post in municipal corporation governed by Bombay provincial act
Dear sir
The municipal corporation cannot give a higher salary to a junior clerk than what it gives to a senior clerk.
Every corporation has its rules which are required to be followed. A petition before the gujarat high court would be the appropriate remedy.
