Any punishment for an employee who was keeping friendship with others

is ir punsihble for an employee who was keeping frismdhsip with other employees, who were insulting and doing voilence togather to another employee of same company.

There could be punishment inside the company. the law does not define any punishment for such employee who was keeping frismdhsip with other employees, in case of insulting and doing voilence togather to another employee of same company yes office management can take action against you.

Hi,

I would like to draw your attention to the guidelines issued by government in respect of standard to be maintained at work place and mode of conduct to be adopted at work place. I would suggest you to please issue a legal notice in name to such employee for harassing and disturbing peace of mind as well as to the higher authority.
