Am I eligible for gratuity payment if I worked for 4 years

Hi, I am working for an IT company in Pune for over 4 years now. Recently my company announced to make my position redundant from Apr 2016. So I have to leave the organization during my 5th year of service before completing (4 yrs and 190 days) for normal gratuity eligibility. My query is whether I would still be eligible for gratuity payments as I am in 5th year of service(Say 4 yrs 100 days total as of my last day) in the scenario when company is doing permanent lay-off ?
We suggest that you should submit an application with respect to the same. As per law, you have to complete years and 190 days
