Am I eligible for gratuity if I worked for 4 years in a company

Hi, I am working for an IT company in Bangalore and my company works in a 5 days a week setup. My joining date to this company is 30 Jan 2012 and last working date is 01 Sept 2016 Which means I have will complete 4 years and 215 days. My question is am I eligible for gratuity ? As per my understanding Gratuity Act 1972 as in this link section 2 (a) says http://labour.gov.in/sites/default/files/ThePaymentofGratuityAct1972.pdf 190 Days (in case if employee employed in an establishment which works for less than six days in a week) 240 Days ( in any other case) Can you please help

On the other hands, if a worker have worked for 240 days a year is complete. It is not the matter of six working days in a week or 5 working days in a week.
