A person facing criminal cases cannot be considered suitable for appointment in government service unless acquitted of the charges, the Supreme Court has held.
And so long as the candidate has not been acquitted in the criminal case of the charges he cannot possibly be held to be suitable for appointment to the post in government services.

The information furnished is incomplete. What do you mean by after the hearing court withdraw the charges? There will not be any problem if you were acquitted honourably or discharged with trial. Hence what matters is the content of court's decision.

Any how, what is more important is that you should not suppress any information, if and when sought. Generally, such particulars are not sought while applying, but only through the attestation form, once selected.

Indictment perse will not Bea disqualification for all govt jobs but conviction in offences involving moral turpitude is a disqualification.
However for job in police or judiciary a criminal charge in the past will prejudice appointment .
