All employee thinking to resign 4 month salary not paid is it feasible

Working in private limited in company. Did not get salary for 4-5 months. All the employees have decided to give mass resignation till our dues are paid. Is it feasible or not?
Once you resign from a private sector company, you cannot be reinstated by the means of the court. But you can file a civil suit to recover all the dues and compensation.
