Acquitted in a case but now SBI is refusing to pay my back wages

i was clerk typist in sbi.in 1990bank suspend me for making fraud s.b.vouchers of pensioners.and handover case to cbi for investigation.cbi filed case against me in 1997.bank dismissed me 1999 in departmentally enquiry.in march 2013 spl.cbi court acquitted me on benifit of doubt ground.now bank refused all my backwages.so i want to file a case against sbi.

The parameters of two proceedings are completely distinct the department has all the rights to suspend you. If suspension has come after due process as per your bank rules,

Your acquittal does not entitle you to challenge the suspension order. Unless you have proved till Supreme Court that suspension was bad.
