Accused for murder earlier will it effect recruitment in govt. job

23-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was convicted for a murder case when i was 17 years old.I was in detention for 11 months. The proceedings took place in juvenille court. It ended in 2013 leaving me free from charges on grounds of insufficient proofs. Now i am applying for government jobs like ipbs, ssc, etc. 1.Should i disclose my case while applying? 2.While applying what should i write in the clause where the description of the case is mentioned to write. 3.Under juvenille act, what is the provision for such case or for future of the convict.

As the case is closed and you were acquitted for the same. Thus, this proceeding will not have any effect on any opportunity in your career. Also, if the application form asks to fill in the details of police record then you will have to provide the same with honesty, Acquitted.
