Sir / madam one of my colleague, a research guide and a academician. He can guide research associates under a government university. With his knowledge , he made one of his PG student as a full time research scholar and also showed him as a full time teacher / academician under the same university. He did the same thing for another student under another university. Is this illegal and un ethical? Should he be punished?
on what basis can you say that its illegal and how do you prove it. teaching someone and helping some one is not illegal. until and unless you have proof any kind of illegality you cannot accuse someone for doing any illegal act.
