About not getting my salary as a tutor after teaching for 3 months

I am working as a tutor in a private coaching class from 3 months, In these 3 months I have lot of issues related to lecture timing, So finally i decided to quit from that job but the manager refused to pay me the salary of last month though i have completed the sevice. We do not have any legal contract signed and i want my last month salary. I have tried but he does not want to agree. How can i get my last month salary by using law?
We suggest that you send a legal notice through a lawyer thereby asking him to pay you full and final settlement or else you shall be contrained to take legal action. If he fails to respond then you can file suit for recovery
