A company offered me a job and i accepted , now they are refusing.

Dear Sir
A company offered me a job few months back and i after few interview rounds, i got selected and they hired me. Then i gave resigned from my current company. But after delaying joining two times, now they refusing me to join. I have left my current organization and new organization management is refusing me to join. So can i take a legal action in this. If yes ,then where can i approach and what will be the compensation in this case.
If they offered you a job and you accepted it then the company and you have entered into a contract. In case of non performance of the contract you can file a suit in the court. In the mean time keep looking for a job. You can claim damages against the company for keeping you out of job.

You can definitely take legal recourse in this situation. You Could file a suit for specific performance of the contract signed with the company. Also you could file a suit for damages claiming the loss incurred by you due to leaving the previous job because of the contract signed with the new Company and then not being allowed to join.
