489A case filed against me,will it affect my selection in a govt job

sir i m selected in govt. gob. (bank) but a case is pending of 498 and 494 since 2010 by my wife.is these cases comes under moral turpitude. can i get the joining or not as bank official says you could not get the joining then what further i should do. should i mention these cases in attestation form or not.
You'll definitely have to mention that pendency of this case in the attestation which you're submitting. Incase, they reject your candidature due to the pendency of this criminal case, you can knock the doors of the High Court and seek appropriate relief.

Bigamy itself makes one ineligible for government job. Concealment of criminal cases while filing attestation/declaration form will aggravate your problem. However for advising whether mere pendency of such cases bar your joining or not provisions of relevant service rules of the concerned organisation are to be gone through. You have not mentioned the name of the organisation and rules which govern services of the same.
