2 years bond signed with company can I leave job before that

I have signed bond with company and also given undated cheque to company. in bond company has mentioned that if i leave company before 2 yrs then i have to pay RS. 2 lakh, and it also mentions that they will provide me training for 6 months, but no training has been provide to me. here in company the culture is that every saturday and sunday will be holiday but on one saturday in a month there will be a training which happens in one of the meeting room and we just discuss our ongoing and some people share their experienced issues and all. So how can i get rid of this bond ?

Well since you have signed the bond and have consented to agree by the terms of the bond, hence you shall be bound by it. The only possible way to get rid of this bond is by paying the compensation amount or by completing your term for two years
