2 year bond with company how to quit my job dont want experience cer

Sir, I have worked 8 months in IT software industry, I have signed 2 years bond and did notary for that.Now i want to quit my job.I am going to diffrent company which not related software field,so i dont want experience certificate also.Please suggest if quit now i have to pay penalty or what.

As you have signed the bond with the company you have to comply the same otherwise they may take legal action. Sometimes the company may not mind and let you to go if you explain your constrains because they also have to go to court and engage advocate as it involved lot of process. Anyhow legally of course they can take an action go through the terms and conditions of bond once, you may find any leniency in that to not to comply.
