About marry a foriegn girl in delhi want to know law and documents

Hy , i am muslim and she also muslim from holland , i live in delhi we want to marry here , i want to know the full procedure fir marrige and which document needed from her country embassy , and here in marrige registarar office , how long procedure this is , birth certificate if not available with the full name of parents than ?
Sharia would apply provided you go that way and marry as per muslim law. Better is to get married as per The Foreign Marriage Act before the diplomatic or consular officer appointed for such purpose.
First step File a notice of intended marriage with a Marriage Registrar at your local SDM offifce which houses the registrar of marriages office. This filing will need a form duly attested through the consulate of Holland with proof of age and identity, Passport will suffice along with declaration that she was not married bfore(it forms a part of the form).
You will need to furnish passport, id, date of birth certificate, aadahar would help.
That notice is required to be published for the stipulated 30 days. At the end of the 30 days the Marriage Registrar is free to perform the marriage.
Second step is approaching the same registrar for the marriage and subsequent registration
