What compensation can be claimed on false promises of insurance Co.

No technician/towing vehicle sent to site despite informing insurance company helpline, gave false hopes of sending technician/towing vehicle and finally kept engaged over phone during this distress call for more than 2 hours and left to be stranded in road and drenched in rain and finally giving up and asking to resolve myself. ALSO, FALSE ADVERTISING FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE and not service as per same. Maximum Compensation I can claim?
Dear client, In our country basically all insurance companies make copies of foreign insurance companies but our infrastructure of our country is not of that level, even in medical insurance same thing happens, hence in future never rely on insurance companies, in this incident you have to file case in consumer court where you can get benefit of return of our insurance amount and additional 500to 1000 Rs for filing expenditure.
