The Insurance company is liable to pay the said claim for CPAP. You will have to submit an application regarding the same, if the same is denied by the insurance company then, you will have to file a complaint in IRDA, to the Grievance Redressal Officer.

Dear client, Medi claim is for policy is for the hospital expenditure and medical bills as CPAP is an instrument which should actually be used by the trained doctors in the hospital as it restricts the airway pressure, and which is the technical reason insurance company not allowing the claim of CPAP.
