Policy Issued but Not Received

I am an NRI and in April 2016 I had applied for a Term Loan with Max life via PolicyBazzar.com. While the process (Buying the policy + Medical) went on smoothly the issues started when i was uploading the documents.
I had uploaded the documents as per the request multiple times (easily more than thrice) but every other day i got an auto generated message requesting me to upload the documents. I confronted the issue with consultants at PB and Max and assured me that the policy will be issued ASAP. I got the policy issue confirmation on May but till date I haven't received the policy paper.

Kindly write to the company as well as to Policy Bazar asking them to issue you the policy papers. you can also send them a legal notice on deficiency of service on there part. but before doing so kindly write to their customer service. if you do not get any response they you may send them a legal notice
