No reimbursement by the company for motor accident claim

16-Dec-2023 (In Insurance Law)

My motorcycle met with an accident. The incident was reported to the Insurance company, the claim form, filled up, the vehicle surveyed and a claim estimate was submitted to the company. The vehicle was fixed and I took delivery by paying the full amount. After all the documents were submitted to the company for reimbursement, I was told that only a part of the amount would be reimbursed. I contested the Insurance company settlement procedure on the grounds that I was never given a copy of the claim estimate. The company says that they are not responsible for this. Please advise
