Need advice regarding term policy

I had purchased term policy from hdfc life i had mentioned sum assured amount of previously purchased policy, but by mistake i missed to mention perevious policy details like compny name and date of issue.pease suggest should i continue my policy .However i had sent mail to hdfc life regarding this mistake but no reply from there side and in between they accepted my proposal form and issued me the policy no against this proposal.please suggest what i need to do next

In such case you should personally go and inform the bank or talk to bank manager. They will direct you with appropriate solution. Its duty on your part to inform them and its bonafied mistake so they will let you know appropriate solution. No point hiding the same, as there might be no adverse effect even.
