Insurance Company charged me extra amount and delay in sending papers

 I Purchased a Car Model Datsun REDI- GO T (O) BSIV bearing registration No. TS08EW2043 Chassis Number MDHFBACD0G6304289 & Engine number B4AA400E071207 on 6th July, 2016 at Lakshmi Nissan, Nagole Branch . Car Dealer given me insurance Cover Letter from Company Letter Head called New India Assurance at the time of car Delivery. Still now, I haven’t received any Insurance document to my Mail address and they have sent a wrong insurance letter via email with Wrong Name , email Id, Phone number & Premium Amount on 16th June,2017 ( Policy No: 61030031160100003262) Biggest Surprising news is that, Insurance Customer Care People couldn't track my insurance details with any of my car details (refer below email) on or before 15th June,2016 . They have collected extra amount of 197/- and not even refunding that amount to me and they have unable to explain me in delay of process.

You can write them a letter stating your questions and seek them clarification on payments. Further if you find any discrepancy in that you can send them a legal notice containing your demands and contentions. It would be appropriate and beneficial for you to make all communications through written medium.
