Health Insurance company did not refund

Hold a Religare health insurance and got admitted for Appendicitis operation at one of their network hospitals, after a detailed call with their customer care centre regarding the process. Took a room with a fee of Rs.3000, since that's my limit. When I didn't get the entire bill amount reimbursed, was told that room fees should include a couple of more bill items which amount to Rs. 4000 and that the difference will let them divide the entire bill proportionately. Meaning if it's a Rs.4000 room, the entire bill be split as 75:25 and only 75% will be reimbursed. The bill clearly states Rs.3000
