Company providing insurance for mobile phone not giving claim. Advise.

a company by name ONE ASSIST collected premium for mobile insurance and not providing claim. My damaged Nexus phone worth Rs 49000 was collected from me by a courier service and gave it back through courier after 42 days . the broken glass was replaced but very essential SIM tray was not there and while contacting by Phone or Email the company is not responding. Once a courier is delivered back to you they are closing a claim without resolving the complaint.

Hi you have a right to sue the insurance agency for not honoring your claim and if you should file your claim in due course with them as per instructions. If they do not reply then file a consumer case against them.
You can also directly issue a legal notice to them mentioning all facts.
