claim settlement advice as actual bill is way higher than estimate

car met with accident, towed to authorised garrage, insuarance company tie up wasn't available there so towed again to the authorised and insuarance compny collaborated garrage. Have comprehansive insuarance policy. Car inspected and approved for claim. I personally visited workshop and told service advisor not just replace some parts which can be repaired,motto was to reduce bill and payble amt from me. car almost ready, saw amt 79500/- on re estimate. now they say its 153000/- after came to know other garrage estimated 2 lacs repair cost. I have re estimate copy. Kindly assist me.
Re-estimated amount 79500/- in total or in addition to 153000/-.? Please clarify. And this is correct that salvage charges will be cut from new part so you will have to bear them. And if it is repaired and installed then no salvage cut.
