sir my question is." if motorcyclist who is driving expired motor cycle more than 15 years old die in accident can he claim third party insurance? will he get claim by insurance company as he was driving expired motercycle? also motercyclist had not driving licence
No----- if motorcyclist who is driving expired motor cycle more than 15 years old die in accident can he claim third party insurance? will he get claim by insurance company as he was driving expired motercycle? also motercyclist had not driving licence-- rather the person is liable to be punished under relevant sections
