IPC 366A in Simple Words
According to section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, anyone who induces a minor girl under 18 years to go somewhere or do something with the intent or knowledge that she may be forced into illicit intercourse with another person can be punished with up to ten years of imprisonment and a fine.
