IPC 225B in Simple Words
Section 225B of the Indian Penal Code states that anyone who intentionally resists or obstructs their own or someone else's lawful arrest, escapes from lawful custody, or tries to rescue someone from lawful custody can be punished with imprisonment up to six months, a fine, or both.
