Visa rejected for incomplete booking, what to do

My South African visa got rejected stating incomplete bookings .I have given all my flight and stay bookings .I have done through booking .com but payment will be done when I arrive.Whats the actual problem?Please help ..Should I go with appeal form or reply again ?
I would suggest you to speak to the concerned person and Know the exact reason for rejection Of your VISA. If it is related to payment of fee then try to arrange for payment by any other permitted mode. Your problem will be resolved.
