The American India Foundation (AIF, Gurgaon) is calling interns from the USA for a fellowship program in India for a period of 10 months. They'll be paid a stipend which is not high enough to qualify them for Business Visa and also, they can't get Volunteer Visa. A lawyer's advice is needed to go for the right Visa and also, the lawyer is required to prepare the right documents and contract for the volunteers. This is AIF's demand and won't be a one-time consultation, they wish to retain the lawyer for all frequent upcoming events. Is there a suitable lawyer to deal with this case?
