how to defend criminal case filed against me for fraud

Dear sir/mam,there is 3 complaints against me in my local police station that i took money and didnt send people to abroad.actually this is true.because i have air ticketing business.A person of Malaysia used to by regular tickets from me.one day he ask me to send people to him for work in malaysia.i gave him 3 cases.and after giving him final payment he switched off his phone.That clients made a complaint against me.i know i have to pay all but police didnt listen me and made a presurre to give paymwnt in 2 days and also demand for bribe.i really want to give them there payments and i admitt itand i gave security cheques to them but they presnt that in my bank and got bounced without my knowledge but they are not giving me time.so can i take courts help directly.plz replly soon.i am waiting thanks really thankfull to you
