Can F1 student on OPT with ead card add income on i864 form?

20-Sep-2023 (In Immigration Law)
i am the intending immigrant currently on working F1 OPT, we are filing for AOS. My husband US citizen made 40k last year. In the current annual income section on form i864 we have put his total annual income as 35k, i want to add my income too on the form as i worked legally with an ead card and paid taxes in 2015. Will this is a problem?

Check the 2016 poverty guidelines. I would not suggest including your income if your husband's income is at or above the poverty guidelines standards because of certain limitations pertaining to including spouse's income who is an intending immigrant. Check Form I-864P. Good luck!
