Best way to get USA visa within a short period of time

I (22 yrs old woman from Delhi) married an American citizen (24 yrs old man, US Air Force) a month back via court and our marriage is still a discreet one since nobody knows about it expect for our immediate families & I am still in Delhi living with my family. Now he is getting deployed to Turkey in late October and I want to visit him for a month or two before he leaves but every visa option I look into seems to be taking a lot of time and he and I do not have that much time in our hands so is it possible for me to apply for a Tourist/Students visa and visit him quickly? What are my options?
