File GST returns but have no purchase bills

13-Sep-2023 (In GST Law)
Hi, I started my business first time on 6 August, 2017 from Delhi as sole proprietor. I got GSTIN registered on 14 August, 2017. After that I registered on Amazon India as seller with my GSTIN. I sold mens wallets on Amazon. I procured my goods from Sadar Bazar, Delhi (Wholesale Flea Market) at cheap cost without GST Invoice. So I have no purchase invoices now. As I have to file GST return for August now, what is the complication/problem in safely filing GST return? Please don’t say I need to pay profession fee for the answer, as this question is fundamental in nature. Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

You have to pay GST if you engage non-registered suppliers. For this reverse charge you pay GST and later claim it too.

Rest I think you can Google and find out, enough information available. Google is actually FREE.

All the best!

you dont have to use this language and in gst you can call yourself a producer of product through distributing the work in different household manufacturers but from now you are advised to take bill from the wholesalers
