Women cell complain from my Ex girlfriend

Presently, I am in Chicago and my Ex girlfriend is in San Francisco. I was in Pune. We had fights for one year and I mailed her many times. She complained in womens cell. Then I did not contacted her for 2.5 months. Now I came to Chicago. She called me back and told that she broke off with the guy for which we were fighting. She was sad that she will be getting married in some arranged marriage. It provoked me. So I again tried to fix things and went to SanFrancisco to meet her. For last 3 weeks sent many mails. Now she register a complain in women cell and told them that she put a complain in some other local security agency in US. I don't want to contact her now. What shall I do. It will mess up my carrier. She can't provoke me and then file complain.
