Will having my sons baby cause any legal problems

I have two children, a son aged 19 and a daughter aged 17.I am 42 My husband is no more. My son showed sexual interest towards me and I discouraged it for almost an year. Then I agreed on one condition that we will do it without losing the son and mother love between us. Most of the times my son used condoms for birth control.Recent months he stopped using it.He told he would like to have a baby with me.i was shocked but when I thought again I agreed. We had sex many times without condoms and I am one month pregnant. Will having my sons baby cause any legal problems.It is a secret till now.
Law recognised illegitimate child, unfortunately, it not permitted and allowed by law in Bood relation, even society also prohibited as law. In any law whether Hindu or Musmil Personal, it is prohibited.

No, there is no illegality if you give birth that baby because as per Hindu marriage act 1956 child shall never be illegitimate. That child will be his legitimate child. You can do it without any legal problem.

This is a very un natuaral kind of scenario. Legally the child which will be born from this relation will not going to illegitimate. So it is better you abort the child which is in your womb rather than creating ruckus in your life and as well as in the life of the child.It will only bring bad name to you.
