it is unfortunate that you were made to be jC for 22 days. The answer to your question whether your imprisonment will affect your job is something that your company`s HR policy should decide. Are they aware of it ?

No it will not affect your job since take a good advocate and contest the matter and trial has to be done well to prove u have not done it and complaint is false to be proved so u have to prove it as u are innocent.

Sir

After release, do you are continued to work or not? is any notice received by you in connection with the termination. It may depends because as you informed that you are in jail. If your leave is taken as unauthorized leave then the company may taken action by terminating you. If the leave is taken as authorized then you will get a chance to continue to work.

As you informed that it is an MNC company. The rules are different from company to company. Please check the Joining rules.

Just mere allegation will not make you accused or guilty unless it is proved before the court of law. Now a days many women are misusing the 498-A Section. Attend the case prove your innocence with proofs and fight for justice in higher court if you don't get justice in sub ordinate courts. This is something you have to get justice by proving your innocence in court of law. Explain your innocence and the the broken marriage with your wife to your higher authorities of the company they will understand and will not terminate you from job, explain them that false case is filed against you with personal vengeance by your wife with an ill full intention to harass you.
