Yes surely we can appeal in high Court to set aside this impugned order. In that way we have to prepare case with utmost care.
Ofcourse courts are a little biased in this kind of cases so I said we will concentrate on facts.
It may be a good case on merits.

Maintenance can be denied by proving adultery or leaving husband without any sufficient reason. You should file an application for search warrant in sub division Magistrate. In this way you can prove aforesaid point easily.

Dear client, yes, you can definitely move high court for revision of interim maintenance award if it was ordered by family court. In some places these cases filed in lower court and revision lies in sessions court.

For further information you can call/ meet me.

Sir u can definitely file an appeal against the maintainance order.. The wife is entitled for maintenance only if she is non working.. And the amount that is set for maintenance can also be challenged if it is unjust

What is she doing, what is her qualification, age, no of children, is she working, station in life. If there are children their ages, their gender? What is the family background of your wife. In which court she has filed cases. What type of cases she has filed and under which sections of IPC or if under civil law under what provisions of law. Maintenance pendente lite is asked in a divorce petition. Whether she has filed divorce petition. If yes, in which state, court, district. Have any summons been served upon you.
