Wife threatening to file police complaint against me and my family

Hi , I have married since one month . We are yet to make marriage certificate . Ours is arranged marriage but to make it happen we went through lots of trouble . I live in separate own house in Mumbai and my parents live in my village . After our marriage there were some minor issues in between my wife and my parents and sister. Due to this she has stopped me from calling/visiting my parents. Whenever I take my parents side she threatens me with police complainant against me and my parents. Duting one dispute my parents ask her parents our son is well settled earning and all ..we didn't demand any dowry from you guys .. just that ..she has recorded all the calls .. now she is threatening that she will file police complainant regarding dowry .. please advice

In this case you can restrain her from proceeding any criminal case by send her notice for whatever your intention is whether you want to continue the marriage or not.

false Domestic Violence complaints are in abundance. you need not worry as she has not initiated any proceedings against you or your family. i would suggest you and your wife to go through marriage counselling as that would surely help.

U can file restitution of conjugal rights in court with various consent terms , in that u have to raise all the concerns which u want to record as and when u required that all things necessary must be recorded
