Wife provided fake birth certificate and harasses me and my family.

I got married on 12/12/2014 under Hindu marriage act. They had falsely provided her birthdays as 3/5/1986 with no proofs. My wife and her family forged her old birth certificate wth birth date 22/7/1985 and produced a new birth certificate 3/5/1986 document which I came to know after my marriage. Also they hid her tuberculosis treatment . She had hardly stayed with us for a period of 6 months in these 2 years. She left the house on 27/11/2016 and then came back on 12/12/2016 and quarreled with my mom and pushing her and took away all the jewellery money and clothes from home. We have filed an application to police but police took no action against her moreover they collected the statement from my wife as I need divorce they would go to court as well. Could you pls provide suggestions.
First u give her notice for restitution of conjugal right u/s 9 A of Hindu marriage act. If she don't respond to that then u can file divorce petition in the court of law for dissolution of marriage. Regards

There is a provision of divorcei Three conditions.women involved in adutory,second marriage and last if your wife have tuberculosis then got that hole documents .if you find that tuberculosis is from before marriage then you can demand divorce against your wife.

Follow up with police station and try to get registere cheating case against your wife, has cheated you by hiding date of birth and illness about TB . If police not registering your case and make complaint to commissioner of police. Cheating case is important to get easy divorce. Then file divorce case in family court.
