Wife not reverting to my calls nor coming home what to do.

Hi, I did love marriage this year 30 mar 16, after 4 months I met with my in laws and everything went normal , after some time there is some gap between me and my wife we fought together , and my in laws take advantage and call my wife at their house , now its 2 months now they didn't want me to met with my wife or they switched off her cell phone as well . please advise me . what to do ?

You either move to woman cell of your area to request it call your wife to meet you or file a petition before family court for restitution of conjugal rights against you wife for directions to her joining your society .

You must visit your in-laws house and try and speak to them. These matters are best resolved sitting across the table. You must also take the mind of your wife and know what she wants. If any legal action is required it must be determined after that. As of now you may at most file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights if the wife fails to join you.
