Wife is abusive with my parents what action can i take

Hindu I belong to a lower middle class family .i got married 2 years ago. since day 1 my wife had made up her mind that my family members are 3rd class people.and didn't interacts with them. now we have moved to my work place . almost everyday she would abuse my parents in worst possible manner on phone while talking to her in laws and that too in front of me.and if I show resistance to the same , she would start making scene ,so that neighbors would know lately we had a discussion with all family members and my parents had asked her to forget and forgive. yet she didn't change. PLS HELP
You have not given complete details. Is there any issue out of the said marriage ? What is the space available for her and your parents to have free discussion ? I can understand if the space is very limited and both of you may not be getting privacy . It is for the newly wedded woman who may have some dreams about her new home. The anger is not on you but it is against her your parents because she may not be getting privacy due to their presence. Try to make her understand and find out the best possible solution if your parents can stay some other place for a brief period
