If you have completed one year of your marriage, then In this case you can file for divorce under section 13(1)(i) of Hindu Marriage Act, Any marriage solemnised may on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party has, after the solemnization of the marriage, had voluntary sexual intercourse with any person other than his or her spouse. And for that as you have evidence to prove the same, you will be awarded the decree of divorce.

You can get divorce if not interested in persuading her that she should not commit wrong!

For divorce, you can tell her to get divorce by mutual consent or if she does not agree then you will have to file a regular petition for divorce, in which you may use evidence of her affair against her.
