16-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
Sir, my wife left the house after 15 days to her mother's house stating that she will visit her mother and come back after a week. She took all the jewelery which was given in marriage. Later, never turned up and instead filed for harassment stating after drinking and coming home I and my father beat her and also aligated that my father tried to rape her. This are all false allegations against me and my father. Kindly suggest what I should do. The girls mother has done similar allegation to her elder son in law and the case is with the mosque of the area. Now, kindly suggest how I have to proceed.

She might have filed the complaint t her place. Is that away from your place ? Have the Police registered an FIR against you and your father ? If yes, you people should take anticipatory bails.nd next you should challenge , if charge sheet is filed against you.
