Wife filed case under Domestic Violence

Dear Sir Mar 17' Wife has filed Maintenance case under Domestic Violence (Section 23 Protection of women from DV act (43 of 2005)) against "me and my mother" with various awkward reasons in her petition. She is looking for Monthly Maintenance as 30K and 50L Compensation for damages. Wife filed for Maintenance Case on ground of physical and mental cruelty, Our Marriage was in 2012, and had Twin babies by 2013, I was B.E.
